JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Make sure all beer coolers are stocked full at end of each day including all wines
* Make sure glass chillers are filled
* Develop daily featured drinks
* Establish Happy Hour concepts to drive business from 4-7 each day
Cooperate and assist in deliverance of Weddings & Events as they relate to use of both Moose Lodge Boathouse Restaurant & Caf* on the Green Restaurant
* Complete inventories of beverage, supplies periodically
* Other tasks as required in the general operations and benefit of the Whiteface Club & Resort as they relate to the F&B operations
COMPENSATION* Make sure glass chillers are filled
* Develop daily featured drinks
* Establish Happy Hour concepts to drive business from 4-7 each day
Cooperate and assist in deliverance of Weddings & Events as they relate to use of both Moose Lodge Boathouse Restaurant & Caf* on the Green Restaurant
* Complete inventories of beverage, supplies periodically
* Other tasks as required in the general operations and benefit of the Whiteface Club & Resort as they relate to the F&B operations
* $15 - $20/hour plus tips depending on experience
* Tips as generated from operation a la carte bar and "Tip Out" from servers
* Benefits: 50% off meal and family membership privileges
EXPERIENCE
* Bartending experience will be given preference over no experience.
* Hospitality experience helpful
* Restaurant serving experience helpful
ADDITIONAL JOB
REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to comfortably lift up to 25 lbs. to shelves above shoulders
* Must have valid driver's license and no transportation issues
* Friendly, outgoing and personable
* Tips as generated from operation a la carte bar and "Tip Out" from servers
