Assistant Director of Admissions

Join the team at Pitt-Titusville as our new Assistant Director of Admissions! In this role, you'll work closely with the VP for Enrollment Management to help shape and implement our recruitment plan and general office operations, helping to connect new and non-traditional students to the exciting opportunities available at the Education & Training Center at Pitt-Titusville!

Salary: $44,000/year - $59,000/year

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all admissions programming.
* Analyze data and trends to create effective recruitment plans in a competitive environment.
* Organize and participate in traditional admissions activities: high school visits, college fairs, and information sessions (both on and off campus).
* Utilize technology, including Facebook, text messaging, and mass emails, to engage prospective students.
* Coordinate individual visits for prospective students and families.
* Evaluate applications and serve as the primary contact for counseling students and families.
* Recommend budget and spending strategies to maximize recruitment efforts.
* Collaborate with campus offices and the Office of Communications and Marketing to create marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements: At least a bachelor's degree in education management or an adjacent field, along with the general knowledge of the college admissions process, particularly as it relates to the new student experience.
