The Town of Portland is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual immediately to fill the position of Part-Time Highway Clerk. This role supports the Highway Department with administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, invoice processing, correspondence, and public inquiries.
The Minimum Qualifications are:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Municipal or clerical experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
