St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center (SLPC) is a comprehensive Office of Mental Health (OMH) facility providing inpatient and outpatient services to adults with mental illness and children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances in St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Franklin, Essex, Lewis, and Clinton counties.
