Lakeside House, Inc. is hiring various positions in our Community Residence.

1. Full-time
2. Part-time
3. Per-diem
The Community Residence is a 10-bed facility that provides services and a supportive community to people experiencing challenges in maintaining their mental health and a stable living environment.

Duties include:

1.Provide supports and services which involve advocating for our residents

2.Encourage, guide and teach individuals in expressing personal choice

3.Ensure community integration
4.Coach and encourage individuals to develop daily living skills
5.Provide a clean safe and comfortable environment
6.Work with other staff to carry out and record care plans

7.Administer medication in accordance with special instructions

Minimum Qualifications: An associate degree and 2 years' experience working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities, preferred but not required.
