Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance Person to join our team at The Warren Commons Apartments. This is a hands-on role responsible for the upkeep of the building's facilities and ensuring a clean, safe, and functional living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities include:
* Performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
* Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues in apartments and common areas.
* Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
* Assisting with janitorial duties, including cleaning common areas and maintaining grounds.
* Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
* Coordinating with vendors for specialized services when needed.
* The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have basic knowledge of general building systems and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:
* Prior maintenance experience preferred
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently
