Location: Dickinson Center, Inc. in Ridgway, PA
Salary: $44,186 to $54,892/yr.
Position: Full-Time;
$4000-$6000 Commitment Bonus Available

Job Description:
We have an opening for a full-time Mental Health Professional in our Family Based Services program. This is a mental health therapist position providing direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor consumer's progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources.
- Stay current on best practices and relevant mental health issues.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation, or a human services field; OR
- Current RN license in PA with 5 years of experience including 2 years of experience in a CASSP system program plus certification by the Department's Office of Mental Health (OMH) as a mental health Family Based worker; OR
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, education, pre-med, theology, anthropology or a degree in the field of human services plus certification of OMH as a mental health Family Based worker.
- A minimum of one year experience working in a CASSP system, and/or an appropriate equivalent level of education and training as determined, and approved by the OMH.
