**Location:** Warren County, PA

**Position:** Full-Time / Part-Time

**Job Description:**
Working with the individuals in a Residential Treatment Facility, you will assess his/her needs and tend to them accordingly with the goal of fostering a positive, encouraging environment and supporting individuals with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. You will assist individuals in becoming more integrated in their communities by maximizing their strengths, interests, and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Plan activities.
- Supervise clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation.
- Provide behavioral and therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Master's level Therapist.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources.

**Qualifications:**
- A High School diploma or equivalency
- Valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record, preferred
